Patients with prescription drug dependency are often under-recognised and under-diagnosed. They are at risk of being left behind, unable to access the treatment they require. There is an urgent need to increase diagnosis rates and ensure that those struggling with prescribed medicine dependency are provided comprehensive, holistic, and stigma-free treatment and support.
With this in mind, Camurus are sponsoring a symposium to continue to raise awareness of the issues related to prescription medication dependency and to provide examples of innovative practice that are designed to meet the needs of this complex cohort of patients.
This presentation is provided by Camurus as part of our sponsorship of the RCGP Annual Conference 2025. Prescription only medications may be mentioned during the presentation. Prescribing information for Camurus product is available from the company booth.
