SOMOS Community Care newest initiative, Thank You, Doctor! campaign aims to rediscover the role of the primary care physician by 1) Revitalizing the Role of the Family Doctor addressing the ongoing healthcare crisis and restoring a strong, trusting relationship between doctors and patients; 2) Promoting Preventive Medicine through holistic care and an educational approach centered on the patient’s well-being and 3) Ensuring Efficiency and Cost Reduction through value-based care (VBC), which prioritises quality outcomes and cost- effectiveness by focusing on patient well-being and measurable results.
Our goal is to partner with other entities worldwide to protect the general practitioners by shifting services from hospital to community care, advancingfrom analogue to digital systems, and prioritizing prevention over sickness.
