You can attend for one day or both days, depending on your schedule and learning goals. Our pricing structure is designed to support the whole primary care community, with reduced rates for registrars, early-career doctors, students and those on parental leave.



What is included in your ticket?

What your ticket includes:

  • Your conference ticket gives you full access to the learning, community and professional development opportunities across the event.
  • Full conference access: attend all keynote plenaries, clinical sessions and mini-theatre workshops. Move between sessions and choose the topics most relevant to your practice.
  • Exhibition and research posters: explore the vibrant exhibition hall, alongside peer-reviewed research posters showcasing clinical innovation and medical education.
  • Catering and networking: your ticket includes lunch, refreshments and an evening networking reception (as listed in the programme), giving you time to connect with colleagues across the profession.
  • Official conference app: use the event app to plan your schedule, receive session updates and connect with other delegates throughout the conference.
  • On-demand learning: access session recordings for 90 days after the conference so you can revisit key learning or watch sessions you missed.

  • All prices include VAT. 

Cancellation terms

    • Before 12 weeks (6 August 2026): Full refund less a £45 admin fee.
    • Between 6-12 weeks (7 August to 17 September 2026): 50% refund.
    • Less than 6 weeks: Cancellations are non-refundable.

    Group discounts are available to support the primary care community in attending together. The following rates apply to the total booking:
