Dr Lauren Waterman

Dr. Lauren Waterman is a consultant psychiatrist at North London NHS Foundation Trust, specialising in insomnia. She founded and led an insomnia treatment service at the Maudsley Hospital for existing SLaM patients and conducted a comprehensive population health needs assessment for insomnia. Dr. Waterman also co-developed an insomnia treatment pathway for North Central London and has contributed to raising awareness and improving access to insomnia treatment at both local and national levels.
