Location and event information - ICC Wales, Coldra Woods, Newport, NP18 1DE.

Join us on Thursday evening for dinner, drinks, dancing and an opportunity to catch up with colleagues from around the country.

Dress code - Casual

Tickets  - Tickets are £35 per person (£29.17 + vat)

Tickets include entry, hot buffet food and a welcome drink, including non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, beer. Additional drinks can be purchased separately.

RCGP 5k Fun Run

Date - Friday 10 October 2025

Time - 7am – 8am (GMT)

Location and Event Information - 

The RCGP continues to prioritise GP wellbeing, so that you can continue to do the first-class job you are doing to contribute to the safety of the public. Whether you decide to run or walk, we invite you to join us for some early morning exercise, whatever your availability!

All participants should arrive at the meeting point outside the ICC Wales by 7am sharp. The route is approximately 5km.

Event organisers will lead a brief warm-up before leading participants on the run.

Tickets - 

All RCGP Annual Conference 2025 ticket holders are welcome to join the 5k Fun Run free of charge. Please confirm your attendance and provide an emergency contact when completing the online registration form.
