In-person ticket prices includes:
- Access to the live event including all conference sessions,
- Refreshments, lunch and networking reception on Thursday 3 October as detailed in the programme.
- Access to the RCGP AC event app.
- Access to on-demand content until 3 Jan 2025
Virtual ticket prices includes:
- Access to a selection of live streamed content from the in-person conference. Please view the agenda to see which sessions are being live streamed
- Access to the RCGP AC event app.
- Access to on-demand content until 3 Jan 2025
Cancellation terms
Cancellations received will be refunded at the following rates:
- On or before Thursday 11 July 2024: full fee less a £45 administration fee.
- Between Friday 12 July and Thursday 22 August 2024: 50% of the registration fee
- From Friday 23 August 2024: we regret that no refund can be made.
Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge but we require you to advise us of any substitutions (including full contact details, dietary and accessibility requirements) no later than Monday 23 September 2024.
From 23 August, you can exchange your In-person ticket to a virtual ticket, however no refund will be issued for the difference in price.
Group Discount
- Ticket sharing is not permitted.
- Group discounts are available on all tickets at the discounted and standard rate.
- Bookings in groups of 3-5 are eligible for a 10% discount and bookings of 6 or above are eligible for a 15% discount. Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.

Claim back on your Annual Conference ticket
- As a self-employed RCGP member, your Annual Conference ticket can be claimed as an allowable expense.
- The RCGP is qualified as an approved professional body/ learned society by HRMC, as being a member is relevant to healthcare professionals.
- You can claim allowable business expenses for training which helps you improve the skills and knowledge you use in your business as they relate to healthcare professional training.
- If you would like more information on this, please consult with your tax adviser or accountant and/or HMRC.
