Dr Induja Bandara
GP, Educator, Appraiser, Mentor , NHSE
Dr Induja Bandara, FRCGP MSc DRCOG MBBS, is in her 30th year as an NHS GP in South London. She is also a Training Program Director for one of the expanded GP training scheme is South East London (SEL), an Appraiser and Mentor. She has been the SEL GP Retention lead for their Workforce Development Hub since last year. She enjoys theatre, cinema, reading and the arts, dabbles in kiln fused art making and tries to incorporate the Humanities into teaching.
