Dr Alison Lea

Dr Lea is Deputy Medical Director and GPwER in Frailty at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FT.   

Through her leadership,  Dr Lea has developed and led the RCGP Shaping the Future programme which has grown into a national initiative. Her work reflects a commitment to fostering professional growth in ways that are accessible, meaningful and sustainable, ensuring lasting impact across the GP and healthcare community.
