Dr Sapna Agrawal

Dr Sapna Agrawal is a NHS GP working in the West Midlands and currently serves as the RCGP First Five Medical Ethics Committee Representative. She is a strong advocate for equity in the workplace and supports colleagues in managing personal health challenges and achieving a work-life balance thus promoting well- being and preventing burnout. Dr Sapna Agrawal has previously served as the Chair of the West Midlands RCGP Trainee Committee and the National Trainee Learning Lead for the RCGP. During the COVID-19 pandemic she directed a dance video to encourage the South Asian community to get fit through dance. She has also contributed to workshops on integrating diversity into the most recently updated Good Medical Practice Guide. Her commitment to enhancing healthcare practices, promoting inclusivity, and fostering community well-being is at the heart of her work.
