Location and event information
Join us this year for some early morning physical activity with a difference. We have teamed up with Run Talk Run to provided attendees with a lovely morning 2.5km walk or 5km run. It is FREE and we will have numerous paced groups to cater for ALL abilities. Run Talk Run is a mental health peer support group that aims to provide a safe place for you to talk about your good days, bad days, and everything in-between. They have over 150 free runs across the UK so please visit their website to find your nearest local run.
The run and walk will be led by a team of amazing team of volunteers including Dr Hussain Al-Zubaidi @irondoctorhaz, Dr Joanna Fleming, Dr Callum Leese and Dr Shahnaz Hassan. For those budding athletes we will have UK athletic coaches on hand to give advice and tips, and as well representatives from Run Talk Run to let you know about how you can link your surgery to a local event using the active practice charter!
All participants should arrive at the meeting point outside the SEC by 7am sharp.

All RCGP Annual Conference 2023 ticket holders are welcome to join the 5k Fun Run free of charge. Please confirm your attendance when completing the online registration form.
