Dr Sarah Winter

Dr Sarah Winter is a Dermatology Registrar in Cardiff. She studied medicine at Cambridge University and University College London, and has since completed all her postgraduate medical training in South Wales. Her clinical interests include inflammatory dermatoses, skin cancer treatment and dermatological surgery.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Winter maintains a strong academic presence, having published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. She was awarded the prestigious 'All Wales Best Registrar Prize’ in 2025 for her outstanding contributions to dermatology research, teaching, and leadership.

Passionate about education, she holds a Masters in Medical Education and serves as an Honorary Tutor at Cardiff University and as Education Fellow for the British College of Dermatology. She is dedicated to advancing medical education and disseminating knowledge to healthcare professionals and the wider community.
