Dr Clare Frost


Clare is a portfolio GP with an interest in humanitarian and remote medicine. Alongside UK-based roles, she has worked as an expedition medic in Madagascar and the Amazon, and in refugee camps in Greece. She has held clinical posts in the Shetland Islands, Falkland Islands, and St Helena, and most recently led a UK-Med primary health care field hospital in Gaza. Clare also spent time in Zambia on a global health fellowship, working on maternal health system strengthening. Her work focuses on delivering care in resource-limited and crisis-affected settings, and she’s passionate about global health, asylum medicine, and supporting underserved communities through sustainable, team-based care.
