British Association of Dermatologists Patient Support Groups Forum

The British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) Patient Support Groups (PSGs) bring together UK charities and organisations that support people affected by skin conditions. These groups play a vital role in providing information, peer support, and advocacy for patients across a wide range of dermatological conditions. The PSG Forum is an informal network that enables these charities to come together, share knowledge, and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the BAD. Through the Forum, members engage in discussion, exchange insights, and work together to amplify the patient voice in dermatology care and research. Each year, the Forum is represented at the RCGP Annual Conference with a dedicated stand, offering delegates the opportunity to learn more about the work of the PSGs. In 2025, Alopecia UK is proud to be leading the stand on behalf of all PSG members, showcasing the power of partnership in improving outcomes for people with skin conditions.

We are grateful to the British Association of Dermatologists who fully funded our attendance at the RCGP Annual Conference.
