Teenage Cancer Trust

Teenage Cancer Trust supports healthcare professionals to develop their skills and improve the experience and outcomes of care for teenagers and young adults with cancer, while improving services across teenage and young adult cancer care. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity providing specialised nursing care and expert youth support for young people with cancer. We’re here for anyone diagnosed with cancer aged 13-24, and their loved ones too. At our stand, Rosie, our Health Information Manager, will be sharing resources about the most common signs and symptoms of cancer in young people. We'd love you to stop by for a chat and pick up some free posters and leaflets to help us spread this vital information and raise awareness of the importance of recognising cancer symptoms early. Daral will be there to talk about our Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns (PPAC) work, highlighting how we advocate for improved care and better outcomes for young people with cancer. Christopher will also be sharing information about our work with our global partners, Canteen Australia and Teen Cancer America, in bringing the Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Global Congress to Glasgow in 2027, creating an opportunity for international collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation in adolescent and young adult cancer care.
