Dr Mina Goyal

Mina is a portfolio GP having worked Internationally and in London. She previously led a training practice advocating for vulnerable people in a deprived area of East London. With extensive experience in safeguarding, substance misuse and health inequalities, she developed an interest in how care is delivered in secure environments. A lifelong learner, educator and coach, she believes that lessons from varied healthcare settings can enhance everyday practice to deliver personalised healthcare in seemingly routine general practice. Mina plays an active role in her local LMC and serves as BDH Trainers Workshop Convenor, NEL RCGP LCARM Lead and Facilitator for EQUIP in East London. Her practice was awarded Practice GP Team of the Year for Barking & Dagenham (B&D) in 2007; she received a Recognition Award in 2019 for her contribution to primary care services in BDH.
