Dr Michael McKenzie is a GP Partner at the McKenzie/Burns Practice, Parkhead Hub, Glasgow, and a GP with a Special Interest in Headache at the Institute of Neurology, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow. A University of Glasgow medical graduate, they completed GP training and achieved MRCGP in 2003. Since 2005, they have delivered regular specialist headache clinics and contributed to the development of a multidisciplinary Headache Service with neurologists, headache nurses and neuropharmacists. They also teach in general practice and headache medicine and are an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow.
