Dr Mark Follows

Mark is a GP and GPwER in gastroenterology in Norfolk. Mark was a gastroenterology specialist trainee prior to starting GP VTS. Mark has an interest in training, education and gastroenterology service development having worked as a clinical lead for Hull and Norfolk & Waveney CCGs, a JAG lead assessor, endoscopy trainer, member of the BSG GIRFT working group, and a NICE technical advisor.

Mark’s interests included food, travel, rugby, cricket and playing the drums, although not at the same time. In 2025 he completed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust level 4 diploma in wine allowing him to add DipWSET to his other qualifications.
