Dr Anjla Sharman

Anjla combines her clinical practice as an Out-of-Hours GP in Nottingham with a broad portfolio of leadership, educational, and professional roles within primary care. She is an Associate Postgraduate Dean for NHS England East Midlands, where she leads on workstreams relating to differential attainment, assessments, and recruitment for the GP School. She also works as both a GP appraiser and a Locality Lead Appraiser. Anjla is an examiner for the RCGP Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA) and a member of the Vale of Trent RCGP Faculty Board. Anjla is passionate about supporting colleagues develop and achieve their full potential. She previously co-founded GP-S, a mentoring and coaching service for primary care professionals.
