
Dr Aaliya Goyal
GP and Occupational Health Physician, Chair Occupational Health SIG, RCGP
Dr Aaliya Goyal is a GP and occupational health physician whose works at the intersection of clinical practice, population health, and systemic change. She is a former ICB Health Inequalities Lead, bringing strategic breadth across primary care, workplace health, and the social determinants that shape both, making her a distinctive voice. She is the past Chair of the Muslim Sports Foundation.
She has held leadership roles at the RCGP and Society of Occupational Medicine. She sits on the NHS Health at Work Network board. Her work spanning under-served communities, corporate settings, and senior health leadership has been recognised by the RCGP, SOM, and the Faculty of Public Health, who awarded her Membership through Distinction.
She was named Muslim Woman of the Year 2025 and appears on multiple listee in the Top 50 Influential Muslims in Europe. Dr Goyal brings both credibility and lived commitment to the health equity agenda.
