Chair: Anne-Marie Mackintosh

Anne-Marie Mackintosh is a GP Partner and GP Trainer based in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. She is an experienced GP Appraiser, GMC PLAB Examiner, and an active member of the RCGP South West Wales Faculty. Alongside her clinical and educational roles, Anne-Marie has a strong interest in medical education, professional development, and mentoring. She is particularly focused on how high-quality training, appraisal, and career mentorship can support GP recruitment and retention in rural and deprived areas of the UK and is committed to helping develop a sustainable and resilient primary care workforce while supporting doctors at all stages of their careers.
