Dr Katie Collins

Katie Collins is a GP based in Hampshire. She is Associate Dean for International Graduates for Wessex GP School; a Programme Director for Thames Valley Wessex Primary Care School; and Clinical Lead for Hampshire & Isle of Wight GP New to Practice Fellowship Programme. Katie enjoys collaborating across traditional boundaries and developing workable solutions to complex challenges. She is passionate about promoting psychological safety at work and supporting cultural integration – multi-national, multi-disciplinary and multi-professional. Katie believes that safe working environments where colleagues understand one another better are a key factor in enabling safe, high quality patient care for all.
