Kamran Naseem

Dr. Naseem is a GP, TPD and RCGP Faculty Education Lead. He is actively involved with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). He is a Faculty Board member, sits on the Fellowship and Awards Committee, and is IMG Co-lead for the Midlands.

 Dr. Naseem has contributed to RCGP work on decolonisation of curriculum as an AiT. He has also helped shape the primary care transformation in the Black Country as part of the Clinical Reference Design Group, representing First 5 GPs. He is the Early Career Co-lead for Black Country ICB Training Hub. 

Passionate about General Practice and Medical Education, Dr. Naseem is particularly committed to supporting GPs to achieve their potential and thrive. As an IMG himself, he has firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by both his colleagues and the diverse patient communities they serve.
