Group Discount

• Ticket sharing is not permitted.
• Group discounts are available on all tickets at the discounted and standard rate.
• Bookings in groups of 3-5 are eligible for a 10% discount and bookings of 6 or above are eligible for a 15% discount. Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.
• The early bird discount is available before the expiry date, midnight 5 June 2024. 
• The early bird discount can only be applied to a full two-day in-person attendance ticket – there are no discounts for one-day or online-only tickets.
• £130 is the maximum total saving based on the cost of a two-day standard member full conference ticket.

Claim back on your Annual Conference ticket

• As a self-employed RCGP member, your Annual Conference ticket can be claimed as an allowable expense.
• The RCGP is qualified as an approved professional body/ learned society by HRMC, as being a member is relevant to healthcare professionals.
• You can claim allowable business expenses for training which helps you improve the skills and knowledge you use in your business as they relate to healthcare professional training.
