GP Parents Conference Information

Everything GPs with children need to know about attending the RCGP Annual Conference.

Registration

The RCGP Annual Conference is an infant-friendly event and this year we are delighted to host PLUSbaby – two GP mums and organisers of infant-friendly events at www.PLUSbabyseminars.com.

There will be a dedicated fun baby room for delegate GPs and their babies aged 0 – 18 months, including:

  • Soft play
  • Baby sensory class
  • Baby changing facilities
  • Private nursing space
  • Live streaming of the conference on a large screen

Registered delegates will be able to bring a companion to aid you with your little ones whilst you attend sessions. Please note the companion ticket will only allow access to the baby room, it does not allow access to the conference sessions or the exhibition hall.

Please note:

  • There will be no childminders or babysitters on site in the baby room.
  • Parents are not to leave their children unaccompanied.
  • The room is suitable for babies up to 18 months old.

We look forward to welcoming you and your baby!

Time: 16:30-18:30
Location: Staybridge Suites, Liverpool
Costs: Participation is free, but pre-registration is required

Accommodation

We have negotiated special rates for GP Parent attendees at Staybridge Suites keeping your attendance cost low and allowing a greater opportunity to network with fellow members.

Staybridge is part self-catering, part hotel and perfect for small families. You can fuel up for the day at the Hub’s inclusive breakfast buffet, with continental and hot choices. Settle in at the hotel’s cosy child friendly communal areas or make dinner in your suite’s fully fitted kitchen.
